  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 3 business days to appear.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
